Civic Consulting
I work with cities to improve transparency and governance processes. This includes reviewing how public meetings are conducted, evaluating communication practices between city officials and residents, and identifying areas where transparency can be strengthened.

Forum and Event Moderation
I facilitate candidate forums, town halls, and public engagement events. My approach prioritizes fair, structured discussion where every participant gets equal time and every question gets a straight answer.
I handle logistics, question collection, time management, and follow-up documentation so that organizers can focus on bringing the community together. Past forums have been held in partnership with local organizations and civic groups.
Transparency Advising
I advise on governance best practices, including compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, public records retention, and how to make city operations more accessible to residents.
